Just like last year, here’s a list of all the DLsite porn games I would recommend, be it for quality, achievements, or just being a curiosity (the header for each is a link you can click to go to their page).
Top Selection
These are the ones where even with some random grievance I can comfortably reccomend.
DECOY: Ultramarine Witch
The year started STRONG with this one. A side scroller adventure that carries influences from both Megaman Legends and Hollow Knight in places.
You’re the only man in an island inhabited only by women after SOMETHING killed off all men. You gotta work with the resident “witch” in order to uncover the mysteries.
The animations are gorgeous.
Sakura Gozen
A period piece in a land of depravity. Things quickly go to hell and a time loop story is revealed as you fight for things to get fixed. It says a lot that the game had an epilogue chapter that says “there’s no sex scenes in this chapter, do you still wanna continue?” and my reaction was YES.
For gameplay, the map is a side-scroller, and the combat has an interesting mechanic where things get real ugly real fast. Reminds me of SamSho in that way.
It’s clear the author has a thing for pissing, but it’s not the game’s main thing.
Passionate Traditional Massage Parlor
A massage parlor simulator, and a hostess bar simulator, and some sort of pinball-esque game all in the same place. This game is like if someone made a Ryuu Ga Gotoku game that’s only the side activities in the best way possible. It’s SHOCKING how packed it is. It’s also the sequel to another game about a self-defense dojo, with one character from that game actually showing up.
I really REALLY liked the hostess part because it conveys mechanically each personality perfectly. The delinquent that gets pass out drunk without prompting, the professional hostess that needs to be tricked into drinking more than you, the traditional Japanese beauty that won’t drink until you do because it’s the right way of doing things to her, the young girl that has no experience with alcohol and gets drunk treally fast…
The Great Ghost of the Old School Building
Last year I talked about Black Cat Cafe, a new studio that released like three games in the same year. This year they offered a simple RPG about being trapped with two hot girls and a fox spirit in an old school.
This is one of those I still boot up from time to time after finishing it.
Black Cat Cafe didn’t release something else like they did last year, but they’re making a game about raising cowgirl maids that I’m really looking forward to.
Dark Hunter Kuro
Piero is one of my favorite artists, so when I learned he was working on a game I was already gonna be there day one, but god damn, he really went above and beyond with this.
In fact, he went so above and beyond that the engine itself seems to fail to keep up at times.
I’m not even gonna go into detail, just download it, you won’t regret it.
NTR Sister Chika
Acerola is one of those OG studios I always look forwards to, though their offering last year kinda missed me since it was mainly about tentacle stuff.
This one plays a lot like Amaenbo AKA Summer Memories.
Kyonyuu Puzzle Dungeon
Black Metal u-1 is a circle I always recommend and their offering this year is actually a genre that falls into the “if I had a nickel” category. Basically you collect things which are your resources, you use those resources to progress. You grab a pickaxe, do you use it for a shortcut now or to get something nice later?
If the circle’s offerings seem slim, they recently delisted all but their two most recent games which is a bummer.

Erotrap Roguelike
Well the title doesn’t lie, that’s for sure. This game is the same category as the last one but like the title might imply, with procedurally generated runs instead of a singular designed map.
The funniest thing is that there’s a fake nun enemy and you know she’s a fake because unlike the one you can recruit or play as, this one is dressed modestly.
At Art
A game where you join a super exclusive Health Delivery Service comprised of “subculture girls”.
It’s actually really good. The girls are a streamer that want to go pro gamer but keeps getting egged on to become a camgirl, a Vtuber that gets doxxed, a plus-sized insta influencer torn between doing what she likes or succumbing to more explicit content, and an artist that just wants to feel safe in drawing more explicit things. It has a lot of heart and a shocking amount of body positivity, like the ending of the influencer showing her even bigger because she chose the food influencer life and is thriving in it.
I’m gonna be honest, the game is very uneven, I’d actually recommend instead playing the circle’s other game How To Eat a Poisoned Apple AKA Dokuringo, and if that one hooked you, play this one to tide you over while Dokuringo 2 is finished.
Back to At Art, AI was used for backgrounds it seems, but the rest is very much human-made.
Samabake Scramble
Illgames is not beating the “they’re just reformed Illusion” allegations by releasing a mechanical Succesor to Artificial Academy. Instead of the Koikatsu formula of controlling a single character in a school, this one goes back to the sim roots of having a bunch of actors with individual variables and letting you get on the shoes of any of them specificaly.
Winter Inaka no Seikatsu
Last year a sequel to Summer Memories based on Winter Vacation released in summer, and now that pattern continues with the sequel to Summer Inaka no Seikatsu.
It’s more of the same, and if you think that’s bad you’d be wrong. One of my favorite moments is after the credits you can collect pieces located in places where scenes happened in the first game and if you get them you unlock the first game’s summer clothes.
It’s not some recycled asset either, the tanlines from the first game aren’t there.
An Isekai Fantasy World That’s too Tolerant of Heroes
From the circle that made Tratlittle (or ToraToriToru apparently), it’s a basic RPG where a shota gathers a party and also begs every woman he can for sex.
Still looking forward to Forestia, their next game.
Daily life of a JK in the Janitor’s room
Dating sim about a trendy girl that stays in the school Janitor’s room.
I really like it when games do the black and white thing, I wish more used it as a means of both style and simplifying the production pipeline.
The Revolution of the Big Titted Slave
From the circle that made last year’s “Are you a Succubus?”, illustrated by the great Karine Yukari. This game is half about a group of girls literally fucking her way upwards in the world, and half backstory about a hero tempted by demons (illustrated by the equally awesome Kurikara).
My two complaints about this one are that the controls are a bit clunky (the interact button does other things) and that it’s a very writer-first game, meaning it can get too long-winded for its own good at times.
I wanna be praised by Katagiri-san
The sequel to last year’s “Katagiri-san is cold to me”. It’s a sequel in all the best ways, I love how it hones in harder on the horror elements.
Hoshizuki Asuna and the Undercity of Lust
An RPG about a girl running investigations in a secret undercity right below normal life.
This is one of those where you get a lot of bang…
…also for your buck I guess.
Life with the Tribe
Stranded in an island, you gotta do tasks to rise to becoming the village chief.
The shocking thing is that the game uses no text. It’s all symbols and signs.
H? Knowledge? Exploring Nature!
From the author of Innocent Country life. Now you take the role of a crazy scientist uncovering a conspiracy while chasing a mysterious phantom thief.
It has a cool mechanic where events give you keywords and you combine those keywords with others unlocked depending on your stats to unlock more content or even trivialize side areas.
Friends Game
More of an interactive movie where certain choices during sex branch the action. But it’s Umemaro so it’s all SO GOOD.
Daily Life with Service Doll
Sequel to last year’s Escape Room with Service Doll. The puzzles are more refined and the amount of content increased… and that’s before a free update that added even more content.
Hypnosis Princess
From the author of 2020s Super Lewd Camgirl Yukino-chan. The “hypnosis” part is actually super interesting because it’s more of a world thing than a character specific thing. At different points you’ll see a message that says, for example, “it’s common sense for young girls to flash their tits when requested” and that becomes common sense.
This is actually integrated in a cool way where, if you stall during boss fights the common sense of the princess changes and that makes certain sections elsewhere easier.
For example, there might be a section where you gotta walk avoiding goblins because if they assault her she drops what she’s holding, but if you stall during the boss fight untilo she gets “it’s common sense for a goblin to jump onto you” and return to the other section, then suddenly she’s not startled so it’s easier.
Only complaint is that there are two sub-heroines but you only see their scenes on the gallery after the fact.
Cum Girls Vol. 3
Games clearly based on Dragon Quest (as opposed to just general RPGs) are some of my favorites because the first three DQ games are some of if not THE most solid RPGs to ever come out (1 especially) so they’re working with a very good base.
Cum Girls 3 despite the name feels more like a continuation of the circle’s earlier Sensual Quest but with more content added.
Also there’s a section where the main character gets turned into a girl, so…
Succubus Forest
An honest to god Slay The Spire but Porn game. shockingly polished on graphics and gameplay. Apparently there’s a Godot framework for Slay The Spire clones?
It’s not the first Slay The Spire porn clone I’ve played, funnily enough.
Undercover! Suspicion of a brainwashing Sex Cult
A reporter down on his luck chases a lead that a member of the Liberal Democratic Party is being wooed by a cult accused of convincing others with sex, said cult is also working on making a “Neo Corona Virus” to spread into the population.
Subtle this game ain’t, but god damn it has so much style and vision to itself. So much so that you forget it’s using plenty of stock assets and reused animations, and I forget the infuriating controls or the fact that on release a bug prevented progress (and DLsite needs 48 hours to push updates apparently).
Worthy mentions
The quality is just in that point where I wouldn’t automatically recommend them, but they’re worth including for one reason or another.
The Miko of the World Tree of Another World
There’s a couple of 3D stalking games but I’ll pick this one for the whole of them since it’s the most content-full. The thing that differentiates this one from others is that while it keeps the mechanic of “don’t let opther NPCs see you do the deed”, you actually have the option to also have your way with said NPCs
Revenge Paradise
This one is a shooter where you subdue women sent to an island your character inherits where they’re basically sent for crimes.
The game is fine enough but for the longest time some missions had faulty geometry that would make you fall through the ground.
Kinda repetitive and it just… Ends. But I don’t fight with faulty geometry just for the heck of it, y’know?
Bitch Family on the Village
Continuing from last year’s The Revival of Zanda Village and continuing Hatomame’s characters here.
The only reason it’s not in the earlier category is because it can be a bit repetitive here and there.
Sex Polarity Activity
A reverse dating sim, what I call these “the girl has to get stats to whore herself out”. The download is a bit bloted because the game includes an encrypted zip file that you unlock with a password after finishing the game, which is neat.
NTR Lesson
So imagine the most bog standard romcom scenario. Main Character has a hot GF but then a childhood friend start living with him. Then late in the story his GF’s hot friend enters the mix.
Now put the player in the shoes of his sleazy dad instead of him and start stealing all his girls, and his GF’s mom, and a random college student that has nothing to do with them.
For gameplay… any of you ever played NTR Densetsu? This is one of many NTR Densetsu clones.
Seek In!
Abduct human women, then abduct and transform human ojiisans and drop them in the same place like some sort of sex terrarium.
Honestly the only reason it’s not in the higher category is that it only has sex positions rather than any foreplay positions… though it makes sense thematically since the alien ojiisans are chasing the girls.
Haramase Knockers
Get Isekai’d into a basic farming sim where you gotta impregnate as many girls as you can as many times as you can.
The wildest thing is how dense this game is. Not only does it have a racehorse training minigame where you can put the horse to trace on specific calendar days, but there’s an AFFECTION PRESTIGE where you can reset the affection bar (but not the level) of a girl after reaching max to unlock extra costumes.
Expect LOTS of birthing.
The Distorted World
Ambitious action RPG with top down perspective. Only reason it’s not higher is because it’s one of those where the sex is more of a defeat thing. Thankfully it’s also one of those where the scenes unlock upon stage completion.
Gal Collector
Game where you… collect and hypnotize Gyaru girls. There’s even 4 types of hypnosis from unresponsive to completely lusty.
There’s a seed of a great idea here. It’s just a shame that the missions are predetermined instead of procedural, because the normal way to grind is kinda dull otherwise.
Negotiation Monster
From the author of 2022’s Caried By A Big Girl (in truth the main character is shrunk to infant size, the girls are normal-sized) comes a monster girl defeat game.
I’m not the biggest fan of these games partly out of preference and partly because they’re rarely conducive to proactive non-protracted gameplay. But it allowed me to go straight to the gallery and it’s a good gallery lemme tell you.
The Bell Tolls for Sister Elise
Slutty nun has to upgrade the church. Grindy but the animation is great.
One Night
Mainly a 3D animation display, I’ll point you, however, to my personal journal where I explain how it reminded me a suspicious amount of a defunct gacha called Shangri-La Drive.
The cinematogrphy on it is kinda nuts though.
Lily Gaiden
I love Libra Heart games, and me being conflicted about this one is for a very specific reason: I feel like they want to make a game without the porn factor so much but don’t go all the way into that idea.
Lily Gaiden is a tight game, a very well-crafted throwback to Castlevania, so much so that the porn element feels almost incidental, especially compared to other past games where it felt integrated beyond simple “the save point has a porn scene” sorts of scenarios. And THAT contrast is the reason why it’s in this section and not the earlier one.

Destiny of the Hero and the Evil God
Simple RPG about gathering a party of hot girls and going to the big evil by the end, what Japanese tend to call “Royal Road” if I remember right.
Listen, the art might not be the best out there, but can tell even within the game itself just how many strides in improvement the author is making. The story is also not the deepest but it lands its beats and ending perfectly.
It might sound codescending or even like a backhanded compliment to say that, but playing this game made me remember why I love making games. That passion where you realize your limits but still push through to the end line as best as you can.
I’m not just excited for their next game to see the improvement continue but also because you can tell the author has a passion for this, and it’s contagious.
Purin to Ofuro 2
I’m adding this one mainly because the first one came out when I was in college so it’s surreal to see a two for it.
The page labels it as including AI stuff, but it’s just the translation, which isn’t uncommon for DLsite.
Not ideal, but not uncommon.
Public baths: Rural Baths where you can interact with strangers
A game where you enter other people’s showers and chat them up to start having sex.
It’s a bit repeptitive and the interactions being limited doesn’t help, but I’m just in awe at the idea of making a game with this sort of procedural content.
Stats screens and a couple of buttons suggest more was planned for the game, it’s unclear for now if that extra content will be added later or left as is. As-is it’s not bad mind you, it just has a couple of visible gaps.
Your Town’s Big Tit Loli Nun
I got this one just because I know and recognize Sakimori Dan’s work… in fact pretty sure this is Sakimori Dan’s original character, which makes it more baffling that their credit is nowhere to be seen on the page.
It’s a game where the main thing to do is confessing people but choosing the right tone depending on who’s getting confessed. It’s not bad but that lack of credit anywhere obvious on the page is the reason why it’s in this section.
Love Peace and Roseleaf
This game is magical girl-themed torture porn… that’s a lie. This is a game about a self-conscious author.
There’s three stories that try to fight tonally for control: One is about a magical girl getting brutalized by her captors only to have her memory erased for her own sake afterwards. The other is a parody where the supposed devil of the story is the one trying to do good while the big good spirit is the one with the more evil and self-centered mindset. And the third one is about the whole story being an abandoned RPG Maker game that grows self-aware and creates a world.
I’m not being harsh because it was awful, I’m being harsh because if the game focused more on that last part and less on the other two it would’ve been so good. It’s clearly the part the author likes the most. In fact, let me tell you a quick story that shows not just how much the author cares but what tinted my perception “why you make it hard to love you”.
The twist is that the “good” spirit in the plot was a character that a kid in the real world made based on a classmate that died. Some kids made fun of his game on the internet and when he was deleting it in anger he couldn’t delete the character but still broke his console with a rock (I’m assuming it’s RPG Maker for the DS or something). When the memories of the girl the spirit is based on come back to her, there’s mention of both her parents dying and her little sister being orphaned.
I thought “ok, it all hinges on if the sister is acknowledged at any point or not”. And she was, on a comment in the “dev room” after the ending, but she was.
And that’s the reason why I can’t be angry at this game despite the schizophrenic tone and other flaws. Because it’s clear that despite that and all the many (MANY, DEAR GOD) self-conscious artist jokes (down to roasting himself specifically and repeatedly), this is an author that cared, and who knows what might come out if that care shows through better next time?
The combat has a super neat mechanic where you do more damage by countering than by attacking normally, but it’s used in such a simple way that it ends up feeling repetitive… and then the final battle is way too long for its own good.
If the art looks familiar, it’s because it was illustrated by Kokuto Nikke by the way. The content aligns with his stuff just enough (aside from the more violent parts) that for a moment I thought he also made the game.
Special Mentions
Like last year, there’s a couple of circles whose output must be acknowledged alongside their games.
Inu no Tamagoyakiya-san
This circle has a very distinct style and animation. I picked the cover of their second to latest game instead of the latest since it shows a character in a clearer way.
Their offerings this year alone count six games. Funnily enough, their next game is scheduled for Late December 2025 but that might be a far away date to adjust later.
Land Wharf
I actually followed Land Wharf’s art for a while so I was pleased to see they started making games. Currently they have two games about sexdroids.
There’s more, but these are the ones that prompt me to say anything beyond “it’s neat”.
